I hadn’t met Jeremy and Abby before the wedding. We talked through email and on the phone to figure out the details of their day and plan the photography, but we didn’t get the chance to get to know each other at an engagement session. Sometimes it just doesn’t work out to do so, and since they were traveling up from Florida for the wedding in Abby’s hometown in New York, it was one of those times. Even though we didn’t have as much history together, that didn’t stop them from having an amazing wedding – or wedding photos, and it was wonderful to see their story unfold on the wedding day. They along with their family and friends are wonderful people, and I felt lucky to be their photographer. Here’s just a part of that story:

Everyone was busy getting ready when I arrived, and were looking fabulous. Final preparations were made and it was soon time for the ceremony.

Family was a big part of the day, traveling from near and far to be a part of the wedding, with the ceremony performed by Jeremy’s dad.

love the wink. I don’t think everyone can pull it off, but Abby owns it.

the slideshow during the ceremony showed how their lives came together – starting at Palm Beach Atlantic University

husband and wife! right after the ceremony, we went outside for a quick session of just abby and jeremy. We headed back in for family pictures, and then went over to the field for the rest of the photos.

Even though they might feel more at home on the beach I think they look pretty amazing in the green countryside. The wedding was wonderful and I had a great time being a part of your day Jeremy & Abby – congrats again!
