I’m excited to be able to share some of the photos from Jami + Eric’s wedding that took place just a few weeks ago in Indiana. Jami and I are friends from college, and I was delighted to be a part of her wedding day. She’s had a lot of adventures since we graduated, as she has a passion for helping people and can’t help but be involved. When she met Eric, he complimented her perfectly (cue speeches – they summed it up perfectly at the rehearsal dinner and reception) and it was easy to see all throughout the wedding day.

To start off, all of the girls got ready at the church – putting on dresses, make-up and all of the finishing touches. It was great to get some candid shots of the girls and capture their friendships. I also spent some time shooting the dress, and even though I posted this below I wanted to include it again because it’s so beautiful!

The ceremony was beautiful and the church full of family and friends; Jami looked radiant coming down the aisle and Eric waited proudly at the front – it’s such an exciting part of the service! As family and friends watched, everyone could see the love that they had for each other and I don’t think many eyes stayed dry during the whole ceremony.

I think this is the “I can’t believe we’re married!” photo that took place right after they were pronounced husband + wife and exited the sanctuary. It was an exciting moment, especially since they hadn’t seen each other before the ceremony and at last they had their first moment alone.
Earlier in the day, I spent time with the wedding party over at an old monastery that had some great locations for us to take photos. The weather also cooperated with bright blue skies and sun, which is always helpful :]

It was great to take the guys around for photos, I think they had fun… don’t you? Jumping always helps people relax in front of the camera (or something like that)

Are you thinking what I’m thinking?… that Jami’s eyes look gorgeous there? okay, just wanted to make sure we were on the same page.

The reception was wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable for everyone – especially when they got to see Jami + Eric do the dollar dash. I actually hadn’t been a part of this tradition before, but it was fun to see them run around and try to collect as much money as possible in the time they had. They ended with a sparkler send off and their day was complete. The day goes by so quickly but it’s so much fun- I hope you all enjoy seeing a little slice of it to re-live the day and thanks again Jami + Eric for letting me capture it!
