It’s October! Doesn’t it seem like yesterday was May… or June? Well, here we are in fall and it’s shaping up to be quite the month. I’m looking forward to the opportunities I have coming up; meeting some of you and of course taking lots of photos. So… here’s what my weekends look like coming up.
- 10/4: Engagement photos of Marianne + Derek at Heron Hill. They are going to have a fabulous July 4th wedding at the same location, so we are going to meet up while they’re in town from South Carolina and get to know the place a little better.
- 10/5 – 10/8: Image X workshop! I’m super excited to attend this photography workshop in New Orleans and learn from some of the industry’s best. I have to thank my wonderful wedding photographer, Anne Ruthmann, for hooking me up on this one. If you haven’t seen Anne’s work yet, you should! She’s a great inspiration and I’m so grateful we were able to have her for our wedding
- 10/11: my parent’s come for a visit from Michigan.
- 10/18: It’s off to Saranac Lake for the weekend (Matt’s hometown) for him to be inducted in his high school and the New York State highschool hall of fame. He has an impressive resume when it comes to racing :]
- 10/25: Leaving the country to Canada. I’ll be in Ottawa shooting Anna-Lee + Nick’s wedding, as well as Maretta + Paul’s engagement photos. I’m so excited for my Canadian brides… and the chance to visit Mary Claire in Kingston!
I can’t wait for the colors to change this month and capture them in some of my shots. I’m sure many of you are looking forward to that as well, and if anyone is interested in getting on my schedule for photos, let me know.
